Return and Refund Policy

The products at navye are non returnable. Because once the product is shipped and opened by the customer it is rendered waste due to the risk of contamination. Although the money can be refunded under the following circumstances.

If your item has not been shipped

If your order is not shipped and you want to cancel the order then you can do it by writing to us at navyeshop@gmail.com and we will process your refund request. We do not accept refund request if the product has been shipped out.

If your item is delivered but faulty

If you received a faulty product then make sure to inform us about it and share pictures of the product so that we can decide whether to approve or deny your refund request.

If we have approved your refund request then you have to send the product back to supplier as this is a drop shipping store and after receiving the product you will receive the refund within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 3-4 business days then make sure to contact your credit card company first to check the processing time.
